Decide which package best suites your needs. You can review the packages here. Go to the check out page by clicking on this link to purchase your desired package. Check out is through Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also take Apple Pay and PayPal.
Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive your unique access code via email to the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB). You will also receive instructions on how to take the HAB. There will be a link included in the email to set up your debrief. There will be other links included in your email to complete the other batteries included in your package. I will call the phone number provided to ensure understanding of the instructions.
Take the HAB online. You will set up a username and password using the access code in the email. The test takes 3-3.5 hours to complete, but you do not need to complete it all at one time. The test is broken down into 19 timed work samples. You cannot stop in the middle of a work sample, but you can stop after any of the work samples are completed. For example, you may decide to complete 5 work samples one day and the rest the next day. It is up to you on how you wish to break it up (if at all). I suggest taking the test in a quiet room so you can concentrate. You will need a mouse with right click ability and headphones. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. The HAB assesses natural abilities.
After completing all assessments included in your package, the feedback meeting/debrief will need to be scheduled via the link provided in the assessment completion email. The debrief can be implemented in our office (Kingfisher, OK) or by video conference (Zoom, Skype). All clients ages 25 and under must be accompanied by an adult to the debrief. I will help you understand the results of the assessments and give you feedback on the results. Suggestions for networking, researching potential careers, and informational interviewing will be discussed if your package warrants.
Approximately two weeks after the debrief, I will contact you via email to follow up on the information provided during the debrief meeting. Two weeks allows you time to process the results and investigate resources presented in the debrief. I will be glad to answer any questions about the assessments that have surfaced since the debrief. Action plans for career discovery can be discussed.
